The Forever Flip is a real estate investment program designed to be a passive investment opportunity with potential lifetime payouts. Here’s how it works:

• Investment: You choose a tier based on your investment amount, forming an Investment Group (IG) with up to 5 members.
  
  
• Property Acquisition and Renovation: Once fully funded, WeVentures acquires a property and manages all aspects of renovation.
  
  
• Sale: The renovated property is sold on the market.
  
  
• Profit Distribution: After sale proceeds cover initial investment and renovation costs, profits are split: 55% to investors and 45% to WeVentures.
  
  

Repeat: The process repeats with potential for continuous reinvestment and returns.

The Forever Flip offers three investment tiers:

• Tier 1: $30,000 minimum investment per member, $150,000 for a fully funded group. This tier focuses on residential fix & flip properties.
  
  
• Tier 2: $50,000 minimum investment per member, $250,000 for a fully funded group. This tier includes residential fix & flips and multifamily properties.
  
  
• Tier 3: $75,000 minimum investment per member, $375,000 for a fully funded group. This tier encompasses residential fix & flips, multifamily properties, and commercial opportunities.

Your investment will be held securely in a “Queue Account.” This account is used for:

• Holding funds until an investment group reaches its minimum funding requirement.
  
  
• Managing funds when property inventory is low.

No. Once your investment group is fully funded and a property is assigned, you are not required to make any additional payments throughout the entire Forever Flip process.

After each successful property sale and profit distribution, you have the option to request a refund of your initial investment before the start of a new project.

The Acquisition team is responsible for locating and securing properties aligned with the investment model, while also recruiting new investors. The Sales team manages the marketing and sale of the renovated properties.

The Forever Flip is managed by WeVentures, a San Antonio-based company. The owner, Kenny Wynn, is a US military member with four years of experience as a financial advisor.
