How It Works
Initial Investment made by qualified investor Group (MAX 5 people)
Property acquisition begins and contractors are employed for investment project
We build! Depending on the scope of work. Our properties are constructed within 4-8 months after acquisition.
We Sell! Newly constructed property is marketed and sold to eager buyers in the local area.
We pay! Once the property is sold, all building expenses and initial investment monies are reimbursed to the original investor group account, essentially restocking the investment pool. Profits and then split and distributed to all investors in the investment group.
Repeat! With a now fully funded investor account, the Forever Flip method can begin again.
